Specific limitation. This office does not provide legal advice and does not act as a statutory audit firm. The role is limited to the design and oversight of financial structures and the coordination of professional partners where appropriate.

Ecosystem

Corporate tax filing and advanced compliance services are performed through collaboration with established mid and large CPA firms. Maziar Mirkarim, CPB, BAcc, leads the strategic architecture and financial oversight. Execution of tax and regulatory work is carried out by qualified professional partners within this ecosystem.

The effectiveness of advisory oversight depends on the accuracy and completeness of information provided. Clients are responsible for the timely delivery of operational data, financial records, and relevant disclosures required to support the engagement. Advisory conclusions rely on the information made available.

Intellectual
Property

Frameworks, reporting structures, methodologies, and advisory materials developed during an engagement remain the intellectual property of the Private Office, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use such materials internally for operational purposes.

The Confidentiality
Standard

Information shared during an engagement is handled in accordance with professional confidentiality obligations and applicable privacy laws. Information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the advisory mandate or as required by legal or professional standards.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from advisory relationships will be addressed through professional mediation or, where required, within the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.
